Upskill

AI can make us more:

- Creative

- Analytical

- Articulate

- Technical

- Efficient

- Informed

…the list goes on

Given that, and it feels almost redundant to say it, but *people* are still how businesses best create value.

Developing your skills and capabilities, and those of your team, is vital.

AI is a tireless, fast and (mostly) well-informed “assistant” that can increase productivity, enhance processes, summarise and simplify data and information generally, but it has it’s limits.

A different frame to think about AI with is “What do I want to accomplish and how can AI help”, instead of wondering how it can replace what you can already do.

We all suddenly have access to a personalised assistant who “knows” large parts of the Internet, learns at a rapid pace, is extremely analytical, creative when prodded, patient, strive to be helpful and can cross domains and disciplines easily.

With such a tool in hand, how can you use AI in 2024 to bring “more” to your work, to help you be a better leader?
